How can I place an order?
Choose the desired product, select the size and color, then proceed to "Complete Order". The process is intuitive, fast and secure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay/Google Pay and, for certain destinations, cash on delivery. All payments are processed through premium secure systems.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes. If it has not yet entered logistics processing, our team can adjust it promptly. Contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery is made inthe term is 3–10 days, depending on the destination.
What couriers do you use?
We collaborate exclusively with premium courier services FedEx for a flawless experience.
Are there shipping costs?
Costs are automatically calculated based on destination and type of delivery. For certain order values, shipping may be free.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
Alaska Reserve products can be returned within 14 calendar days in new condition with tags attached. We want you to feel comfortable with every purchase.
How do I initiate a return?
Simple. Complete the return form in your account or contact us and the courier will collect the product directly from the address.
Can I exchange the product for another size or color?
Of course, within the limits of available stock. We prioritize exchanges to provide you with the perfect product.
Stock & Availability
A product is out of stock. What options do I have?
Use the "Notify me when back in stock" option. You will receive an email as soon as the product is available again, before the rest of the public.
Are you coming back with all the models?
Some items are collector's items or limited editions and will not be reintroduced. We recommend turning on notifications so you don't miss rare opportunities.

What materials are Alaska Reserve jackets made of?
We use exclusively premium materials: durable technical nylon, high-quality natural down, advanced thermal insulation and carefully selected metal accessories. Every detail is designed for comfort, protection and sophistication.
Is the collar or hood removable?
On many of our models, yes. The fur collar or hood can be detached for versatility and easy maintenance.
Can there be slight color differences?
Our photos are professionally taken, but shades may appear slightly different due to screen settings. The actual color of the product complies with the brand standards.
How do I care for the product?
Please refer to the instructions on the label. We recommend professional cleaning, especially for jackets with natural down or fur.
Warranty
Are the products under warranty?
Yes. All Alaska Reserve products include a warranty against manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover?
Accessories, seams, materials and technical elements under normal conditions of use.
