Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Processing schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (excluding public holidays)

• International - Non-European Union countries, Canada and US.

Delivery Issues Damaged parcel
Delivery Issues
Damaged parcel: Check the parcel in the presence of the FedEx courier. If the packaging is damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately at office@alaskareserve.com.
Lost parcel: If the parcel does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will open an investigation with FedEx within 24 hours.
Incorrect address: Make sure the delivery address is complete and correct. For changes after placing your order, contact us urgently.

For returns, please consult our Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective or incorrect products.
